D.Module.CAN
CAN Peripheral Daughter Card
The D.Module.CAN connects your D.Module DSP Computer Board to a CAN network.
The board uses an Intel 82C527 extended CAN 2.0B controller and an ISO11898
high-speed CAN interface, capable of 1 Mbit/s data transfer rates.
Because of the very slow parallel bus interface of the 82C527, the D.Module.CAN
uses SPI interface mode to relieve the DSP bus interface. Typical application
areas are automotive and industrial control.
